PULLEY
A conveyor pulley is a critical component in conveyor system which is used to drive & tension as well as change the direction of the running belt.
We offer different sizes of pulleys which suits according to the belt’s width i.e., 300 mm to 2400 mm.
HEAD PULLEY
Head Pulley also known to be Drive Pulley, It’s the main mechanism of conveyor system responsible for transmitting the power to the belt itself. The surface of this pulley is often coated with diamond shape lagging sheet.
TAIL PULLEY
Tail pulley is generally free spinning with bearings mounted either inside or on the end of the pulley.
WING PULLEY
Wing Pulley allows automatic self-cleaning action and helps to discharge unwanted material.
SNUB PULLEY
It often works with a head pulley and is used to enlarge the touching areas of the belt which increase the friction between belt and head pulley.
BEND PULLEY
Bend pulley working principles are similar to snub pulley, but difference is, the function of the bend pulley is to change the winding direction of the moving belt.
TAKE-UP PULLEY
Take-Up pulley also known as Tension pulley is used to provide the belt with the proper amount of tension.
Position of this pulley can be adjustable.
