Belts
Conveyor belts are continuous moving band of fabric rubber used for transporting objects from one place to another. It is used for transporting various types of goods from one location to other. It is also used in mining industries to transfer material such as coal, ores, iron, stones, etc.
Conveyor belt Grades
M24 Grade conveyor belt
Suitable for rugged materials such as crushed metallic ores, limestones etc. It can handled temperature up to 80 degree Celsius. It can also handle abrasive materials.
HR T1 Grade conveyor belt
These belts are suitable for transporting hot materials, It can handle temperature up to 125 degree Celsius.
HR T2 [SHR] Grade conveyor belt
These belts are also suitable for transporting hot material and known as “Superior Heat Resistant belt”. It can handle temperature up to 150 degree Celsius.
HR T3 Grade conveyor belt
It is suitable for handling temperature up to 180 degree Celsius.
UHR Grade conveyor belt
Ultra Heat Resistance [UHR] belts are designed to carry material under extreme high temperature ranging from 180 degree to 200 degree Celsius.
UHR+ Grade conveyor belt
Ultra Heat Resistant Plus [UHR+] belts are designed to carry material under extremely high temperature above 200 degree Celsius.
EPDM Grade conveyor belt
EPDM conveyor belts are known for their durability and versatility. They are made from ‘ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber’, which provides excellent resistance to heat, weathering and ozone. These belts are designed to withstand high temperatures, making them suitable for use in the mining industry and other demanding industrial applications.
SAR Grade conveyor belt
Superior Abrasion Resistant [SAR] belts are technically designed for heavy duty. The rubber covers of SAR Belts are completely rugged and highly abrasive resistant.
FR Grade conveyor belt
Fire Resistant belts are suitable for conveying materials that require flame resistance as well as static conductivity in industrial sectors.
Plain Surface Conveyor Belts
A plain surface conveyor belt is a type of conveyor belt that features a smooth, flat surface. Commonly used for moving materials horizontally or at slight inclines, particularly when the items being transported are not excessively bulky or heavy. The smooth surface of the belt is ideal for transporting items that require stability or have a flat bottom, allowing them to glide easily along the length of the conveyor.

CHEVRON SURFACE CONVEYOR BELTS
Chevron Conveyor Belts are precisely designed and developed for providing desired space-saving on steep inclines which can go up to 40 Degrees. In such situations, these conveyor belts are designed to deliver enhanced load carrying capacity in bulk with lump size of up to 150mm.

ROUGH-TOP SURFACE CONVEYOR BELTS

SIDEWALL SURFACE CONVEYOR BELTS
Sidewall Belt Conveyor also known as Steep Incline Conveyor Belt, is continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials. The sidewall belt structure is a flat rubber conveyor belt with glue on both sides which can freely adjustable rubber waveform.

BUCKET ELEVATOR CONVEYOR BELTS
Bucket Elevators are vertical conveyors designed to transport bulk materials vertically from one point to another. They consist of a series of buckets attached to a belt that moves in a continuous loop, carrying materials to the desired height. Fabric construction, with different kinds of durable carcass and covers, allocates the load evenly that reduces elongation, saves energy and also reduces maintenance costs.

CLEATED SURFACE CONVEYOR BELTS
Cleated conveyors operate as all other conveyors do, moving items from one place to another. With evenly-spaced or strategically-placed cleats, these conveyors can space products along a conveyor or improve grip and facilitate movement up and down inclines while preventing large and/or loose products from falling out of place.
